Seven Seas is a newly renovated 5000 square foot 4 bedroom 4 bathroom villa located in the Mammee Bay area of Ocho Rios. Three acres of beautifully landscaped tropical grounds with lush Zoysia grass lawns and over 200 coconut palms and assorted fruit trees. Seven Seas is considered a coconut plantation? In the evening, new landscape accent lights make Seven Seas magical and romantic. Hanging between huge coconut palms you will find several hammocks for afternoon napping and a couple of swings where you can cool off and let the Caribbean breeze blow through your hair. Don’t forget the 350 feet of white sand beach and to top it off, a full service staff to attend to your every need!

As you enter Seven Seas the foyer with its beautiful 8 foot Jatoba doors, the spacious stone wet bar area with gorgeous granite countertops and sitting area can be found. This area is considered a beverage center and is a full service bar. Along the cut stone wall is a one of a kind Tamarind bench.

Each of the 4 bedrooms have been completly renovated and include air conditioning, ceiling fans, 32 inch television, safe/lock box, and en-suite bathrooms. All the bedrooms have wonderful views of the beautiful Caribbean sea. The bathrooms are also renovated as well with beautifully tiled walk in showers complete with rain shower heads and hand held shower units, elegant fixtures and vessel bowls on custom made vanities. Hairdryers are also provided.

Your living space is not confined to the indoors at Seven Seas. You will find outdoor sofas just outside your bedroom. As you walk onto the verandah from the bedrooms, you will find a lovely sitting area with upscale outdoor furniture, sofa, loveseat and lounge chairs around a table. Comfy, decorative pillows add a touch of class when overlooking the pool, new poolside pavilion or the Caribbean Sea. Many lounge chairs for sunbathing can be found around the pool area including double chaise loungers on the new stone patio. As the sun sets, enjoy a cocktail before dinner on the verandah.

A formal dining room with 8 foot glass pocket doors (hurricane proof) opening up and hidden away to a view of the sea. The table is a one of a kind tamarind wood which seats twelve. A conversation piece! You may enjoy an evening meal under the lighted tray ceiling as you look out onto the sun setting on the sea beyond. Beautiful pendant light fixtures hang on both sides of a bronze ceiling fan and add a touch of elegance. Elegant dining chairs in a stunning tangerine are both stylish and comfortable along with a mahogany buffet.

Dining can also be done outdoors at a beautiful dining table with elegant outdoor dining chairs. Combine this with the right amount of lighting and soft music and it makes for a magical setting for an evening dinner.

The great room may be where you want to relax after a day of activities such as sightseeing , snorkeling, or just laying by the pool. Pocket doors open up completely to the great room area with a phenomenal view of the pool area and sea. This area has a beautiful new comfy sectional sofa, chaise and chairs. A 50 inch plasma TV hangs from the cut stone wall in the middle of a media center with cable, DVD player, CD player, XM Satellite radio and surround sound. A state of the art Sound System where individual volume controls can be located in the Bar, Dining and Pavilion. Movies, books and CD’s can also be found for your enjoyment. There is a game table with unique bucket seats, computer area with internet access (wireless internet service) and two beautifully refinished slatted chests filled with board games, cards, dice, and more, all for your entertainment.

Outside is a brand new 400 square foot pavilion overlooking the Caribbean Sea and Blue Mountains with authentic thatch roof. A perfect retreat from the hot sun or a gathering before dinner is served. The pavilion has comfortable lounge chair seating area with a cushioned bench.

The fresh water pool is heated and lighted. It is 45 feet by 22 feet and has a diving board and slide with running water. There is a new rock jacuzzi with rock waterfall spilling into the pool. This is a great place to relax and enjoy the views.

Seven Seas has an abundance of outdoor activities. There is a private lighted tennis court (racquets provided), shuffleboard, lighted ping pong table, beach volleyball and various beach and lawn games.

It is short walk down to the Mammee Bay Beach Club. Mammee Bay Beach Club is a private beach facility for the residents of Mammee Bay Villas. The beach is wonderful white sand and great for swimming or snorkeling. The beach has a bar, lounge chairs, umbrellas, water sports, volleyball and other activities available.
