Reggae Beach is a beautiful 1/4 mile stretch of white sand beach, in it's natural state, nestled in a lush tropical jungle. It is 4 miles east of Ocho Rios and 6 miles west of Oracabessa - on the main road.

Cool out under a palm tree with a fresh fruit cocktail served in a coconut at the "Village Beach Bar". Or try Caribbean cuisine like fresh fish, lobster, conch or spicy jerk chicken from the grill.

There is an abundance of sea life which can make for a wonderful day of snorkeling in the bay's reefs.

There are nature trails to hike or kayaks can be rented for a leisure ride through the bay.

The best time to go is when the cruise ships are not in. Sometimes you can have the beach to yourself for a little while.
